Staff send receipts
A photo on WhatsApp or in the app, or a PDF upload, as they get them. Nothing to install from an app store.

Splitstick reads them
Supplier, date, net, VAT and total are read from each receipt and filed under an expense category. Unclear ones are flagged.

Your team checks the flagged ones
Clear receipts need no typing. Your team reviews the flagged ones with the scan beside the figures, then exports the totals.
Splitstick prepares and checks the records. It doesn't submit anything to HMRC.
Start with a pilot
Splitstick for teams is new, and we're setting it up with a small number of businesses first. A pilot runs for 3 months with around 25 of your staff, so you can measure the time it saves before deciding anything. Company accounts, a shared review view for your team, VAT checks and exports in the format your finance system needs are set up with you before the pilot starts.
Pricing is per person, billed yearly by invoice. We'll give you exact figures once we know how many staff and receipts are involved.
